Solon Summer Festival
Thank you to everyone who volunteered for our SDC participation in the Solon Summer Festival on July 8, 2024: Jennifer Brush, Alison Bashian, Sally Feldman, Debbie Katz, Mark Katz, Jan Maurer, Janet Mauro, Bobbie Varble, Bruce Neuberger.
It was hot, humid and exhausting…but we had great conversations with many enthusiastic folks and distributed lots of yard signs and information about the election and the candidates throughout the day.
Visitors to our tent were enthusiastic, energized and hopeful!
Our tent was the gathering spot for many candidates to hang out, including visits from CCDP Chair Dave Brock, Judicial candidates Joy Kennedy, Daryl Dennie, and Kira Krivosh, representative from Katie O’Neill campaign, congressional candidate Matt Diemer, Mayor Eddy Kraus, vice-mayor Nancy Meany, councilman Mike Kan, councilman Macke Bentley and State Representative Phil Robinson.
Solon Home Days has traditionally been the kick off for our election campaign events and it was off to a “hot” start that day!
We are exhilarated and ready to work for victory in November!
